Employment relationship problems require independent and objective advice before proceeding. One sided advice, whether pro-employer or pro-employee, may tell you what you want to hear but is ultimately unhelpful. It is important to get a balanced and realistic assessment of your legal position from the start.

Seek advice immediately if you are aware of a possible personal grievance (unjustified disciplinary action or dismissal, and disadvantage claims such as discrimination or sexual harassment) or a dispute such as breach of contract and other wrongs.  Early advice can make a dramatic difference to the ultimate outcome.
