A healthy and safe workplace is a fundamental obligation that all employers owe to their employees. I assist employers to develop the framework of policies and procedures necessary to support the right attitudes and practices in the workplace. In the event of a prosecution for breach of the Health and Safety in Employment Act, I advise employers on mitigating damage.
